Increasing online visibility and generating qualified leads

As an established market player, JP Immobilien aims to strengthen its visibility in online search engines. The goal is to present the brand and its projects to a broader audience and to generate more qualified inquiries from real estate prospects. 

Solution

Targeted SEA and LinkedIn campaigns for maximum reach and efficiency

With customized Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns, we specifically target potential buyers and investors. By focusing on relevant keywords and continuous optimization – such as A/B testing – we extract maximum reach and efficiency from the campaigns in the highly competitive real estate segment. 
The campaign strategy remains flexible and continuously adapts to targets and insights. The following aspects were taken into account:  

  • Separate campaigns for brand keywords, “apartment purchase in Vienna,” and “rental properties” specifically target potential investors. 

  • For new development projects, we avoid keyword overlap by integrating ads into appropriate campaigns and ad groups, preventing cannibalization between campaigns. 

  • Ads for Vienna properties are now shown nationwide to reach potential buyers from other regions. 

  • The high number of English-language search queries on advertised topics led to the rapid launch of English-language campaigns. 

  • This allows us to utilize the budget optimally to generate as many qualified leads as possible.

Measurable Performance Improvement

  • significantly increase the online visibility of JP Immobilien 

  • double the impression share from <10% to 18%, despite thematic and geographic expansion 

  • more than double the conversion rate from 1.78% to 4.28%
